Shannon will take you through a 55 minute Pilates session tailored specifically for your needs. Shannon can see subtle misalignments within your body so multiple modalities may be incorporated including FST, Yamuna Body Rolling®, Yamuna Foot Fitness®, TriggerPoint’s Myofascial Compression Techniques, energy work and more. Restoring alignment and strength where needed can prevent future injuries and postural issues.
Shannon also likes to incorporate natural human movement patterns and full range of motion within a client’s training in addition to traditional Pilates exercises. Eugen Sandow said it best when he said “Life is movement. Once you stop moving, you’re dead.” The ultimate anti-aging solution is to be able to move pain-free with both strength and mobility.
