This class is a must have for all dancers. Using a foam roller, tennis ball, and golf ball this class teaches dancers proper foam rolling techniques and how to identify muscular imbalances before they lead to injury. Common postural issues among dancers that can create issues are also addressed. This class will help dancers understand the importance of taking care of your muscles so they can dance at their optimum level all season long without injury. $150/60 minutes.
