My Story

I’m Shannon Hershman, a former professional dancer and founder of Be Well My Body™. I’m a certified Pilates instructor, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and energy healer with over 25 years of teaching experience and more than two dozen certifications.

After putting my own autoimmune disease into remission through natural methods, I became passionate about lifestyle wellness. Today, I’m devoted to helping others become pain-free, mobile, and strong—for life.
