Already experienced in Pilates? Ready to jump in and experience the ultimate mind-body workout? In this moderately paced 50 minute class, proper technique is encouraged as you increase muscle endurance and core activation. This class is designed to train your body with effective exercise, challenge balance and build muscle endurance with resistance work. We want you to leave feeling challenged and connected!

This class utilizes state-of-the-art Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers. Those modifying for joint injuries, spinal conditions, pregnancy or other special cases are strongly advised to schedule a private session before integrating into small group classes at Centered on North.
