Learn how to properly roll your body from head to toe with various equipment including a foam roller, tennis ball, and golf ball. You are an active participant as Shannon teaches you how to find adhesions within the soft tissue, restore your muscular health, and move with greater ease. Muscles should naturally glide over each other. When there are adhesions it prevents this natural gliding from occurring and over time it can create misalignments as well as aches and pains. Body rolling is an essential technique in maintaining symmetry in the body & preventing injuries. You will feel lighter, have reduced stress, move for freely, and your joints will thank you. You may also increase your height! Sessions can be in person or virtual if you have a foam roller. Other equipment can include a lacrosse ball, tennis ball, and/or golf ball.
